Kalimat Pasif [Passive Voice] merupakan kalimat dimana subjek dikenai oleh pekerjaan. Kalimat pasif selalu mempunyai rumus be + Verb3. Subjek dikalimat aktif akan menjadi objek dikalimat pasif. Begitu pula, objek dikalimat aktif akan menjadi subjek dikalimat pasif. Kalimat diatas menggunakan simple present tense. Jadi Rumus yang diguanakan adalah :

Active Voice : Subject + Verb1 (s/es) + Objek

Passive Voice : Subjek + Am/Is/Are + Verb 3 + by + Objek

Keterangan :
